BSI Software brings Bank Gutmann to the cloud without downtime

Baden, August 20, 2025 – BSI Software, the leading European provider of AI-powered CRM and CX platforms, has worked with the exclusive Austrian private bank Gutmann to successfully migrate from an on-premises solution to the cloud – without interrupting the bank’s demanding operations.

In a partnership-based project characterized by trust, precision and mutual understanding, the migration was completed in just three months. With the cloud-based BSI Customer Suite, the private bank now has a customized platform that meets the highest security and regulatory requirements while paving the way for flexible processes and faster innovation cycles.

Bank Gutmann, a leader in private banking for wealthy private clients, foundations and institutional investors, used the move to the cloud to future-proof its digital infrastructure. The modular, API-first architecture of the Customer Suite, which is cloud- and AI-agnostic, allows regulatory requirements to be consistently implemented and new services to be provided via low-code/no-code.
