10 Events to Boost Your HR Tech
Talented individuals, limited resources, and numerous challenges – these have been the constants in HR work for years. Added to this in 2024 are the AI boom, the poor well-being of employees, and the ongoing debate about office vs. home office vs. hybrid work. It's a great time for HR tech, as you can make life easier for HR departments in many areas.
However, HR professionals have very little time to engage with your offerings.
Email campaigns, SEA and SEO, and LinkedIn ads are indispensable in the B2B marketing mix and provide a directly measurable ROI. As young, emerging companies, start-ups often shy away from the more traditional channel of trade fairs. But since this year, physical events are back in full swing. Especially for the highly community-oriented and connected HR professionals, events are important meeting points.
Strategically, we strongly recommend including a key selection of suitable events in your marketing roadmap. Whether with your own stand, if the budget allows, or just for trend scouting: trade fairs are the perfect place to make software tangible, engage with opinion leaders, and attract the attention of investors.

Work & Culture
7th March, Berlin For last-minute planners: Work & Culture on 7th March aims to address current issues in the digital working world, such as "How do new technologies like AI change work?" The event is organised by the industry association Bitkom as part of the "Transform" conference. This year, it will take place in person for the first time, bringing numerous HR managers from DAX companies to the stage.
HR Festival Europe
26th - 27th March 2024, Zurich "Break The Norm" is the motto of the HR Festival Europe in Zurich, organised by the Swiss trade magazine HR Today. A highlight is the keynote by Susanne Nickel, who has worked at Haufe and Kienbaum and now shares her knowledge as a successful speaker and author. Of course, a memorable party is a must with such a theme.
Copetri Convention
14th-15th May, Offenbach am Main near Frankfurt According to its own statement, "the first and only event that future-orientedly combines the themes of People, Transformation, and Innovation." Kienbaum People Convention

The focus of the 23rd convention, held online this year, is on the proper handling of AI in HR work. 9th-10th October, Vienna THE HR event in Austria with impact across the entire DACH region.
