Remote Work: PIABO launches hub concept

Whether it is Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Munich or Cologne – in locations where more than one team member works remotely, PIABO enables them to team up and work together from one hub.

Since the agency was founded, employees have been working from various European locations. This successful concept is now being expanded to the DACH region. Cologne, Hanover, Hamburg, Leipzig and Düsseldorf have already been launched. “Part of our experience with working from home over the past year has been that we have particularly missed the personal exchanges within the team. By developing its hub concept, PIABO PR is now enabling colleagues who work remotely to meet for creative and personal exchanges,” says Daniela Harzer, COO at PIABO PR. This will include a local co-working space with networking opportunities in the local tech scene and associated facilities such as fast internet, office infrastructure, catering and social activities. PIABO has gained experiences with innovative home office and mobile working concepts since 2010 and also regularly incorporates insights from its "Future of Work" clients into its own work. “It is our top priority to offer our employees the best possible working culture and ideal framework conditions to allow them to develop their full potential and at the same time take their personal circumstances into account. Our team has grown steadily over the past months. We are delighted that our experiences with remote concepts have been consistently very good. Now we will expand these further. In order to make our team culture something that can also be experienced outside of PIABO’s Berlin location, we are increasingly relying on value-based management and a lot of communication, and we also enable our remote colleagues to network with each other personally in the hubs,” adds Daniela Harzer.
