Berlin, February 20, 2024 – Daniela Harzer was appointed Managing Director of PIABO Communications, the leading communications agency for the world’s most innovative companies, as of January 1, 2024. Her appointment marks an important step in PIABO’s development: Daniela Harzer becomes the first executive at the management level alongside founder & CEO Tilo Bonow.

As Managing Director and COO, Harzer will continue to oversee both the strategic and operational leadership of PIABO, working alongside Tilo Bonow to further strengthen the agency’s industry-leading expertise. In her previous role as COO, she guided PIABO through a transformation process from the very beginning. This includes, among other things, the integration of AI, the data-driven, integrated communication structure of the agency, as well as the consistent development of PIABO’s corporate culture. The process initiated by Harzer last year significantly contributed to prestigious and widely recognized awards: The F.A.Z. Institute listed PIABO in 2023 as “Role Models in Diversity & Inclusion.” Additionally, PIABO was awarded 1st place in the Diversity category at the Mindshift – New Work Pioneers by Handelsblatt Award 2023. “Daniela’s ability to develop and implement innovative yet effective strategies is a key factor in strengthening PIABO’s market position,” said founder and CEO, Tilo Bonow, upon announcing her appointment.
