HR-Tech: Personio, Instaffo and AMPLOI tell their success story with PIABO
PIABO, the leading PR partner of the digital economy based in Berlin, has won three important accounts. With Personio, Instaffo and AMPLOI, PIABO is now working with three important pioneers in the digitalisation of HR. Through creative storytelling and strategic positioning, PIABO will establish and strengthen the companies as significant market players.

Personio is a software-as-a-service solution for personnel administration and applicant management. The software makes it possible to recruit, manage and develop staff online. In cooperation with PIABO, Personio aims to position itself as the leading provider of HR software for small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe. "We see a great need in the SME sector for HR software that relieves HR professionals of administrative tasks and allows them to focus on the essentials, namely the interpersonal and creative part of their work. With the support of the PR experts from PIABO, we want to further raise awareness among those responsible in SMEs for the necessary digitalisation of HR processes," says Christian Weisbrodt, VP Marketing at Personio.
In contrast, Instaffo and AMPLOI services are aimed at employees and employers who are currently in the application or hiring process. The reverse recruiting platform Instaffo connects employees and employers directly through AI-based selection processes. If there is mutual interest, the parties can clarify all questions directly via a chat function.
The Berlin-based start-up AMPLOI, on the other hand, focuses on the placement of freelancers with retail companies. The special feature of the application is that the onboarding process of the freelancers is legally verified. AMPLOI thus stands out in terms of legal certainty and transparency. PIABO will support both recruiting platforms in their strategic media work.
