Berlin, November 19, 2025 – zinsbaustein.de, the leading platform for digital real estate investments, is launching “LINN25”, another project under the European ECSP license. A modern apartment building with 18 apartments is being built in Munich-Trudering, which may only be rented out to students.
Investors benefit from a fixed interest rate of 9 percent p.a. (bullet maturity) with a term until January 31, 2028. The minimum investment is EUR 500 and the maximum funding amount is EUR 800,000. The real estate project is being realized by BRE 19 GmbH. The project developer specializes in the acquisition, modernization and sale of real estate.
